@duolingo My years long streak broke Jun 10th, I couldn't access the streak revival and after trying to do 3, I then did all the lessons to play catchup and it locked me into a 1 day streak. Can you manually restore? Username: pennui

@kinky_horror Thank you for introducing The Mummy this weekend! I met you briefly afterwards (right before The Wolfman) & you were so cool & nice! You and Lance Henriksen are the nicest well known strangers I've ever met. :) @FamousMonsters#MutantFam
"Itโs taught me a lot about human nature, about how easy it is for people to turn on other people, and that when people do things that are destructive to other people, they often think theyโre being virtuous. Itโs been that way throughout history." https://t.co/zGAv7DWlFs

@therealjoebob I just saw this for the 1st time & it was quick but I was delighted to suddenly spot Joe Bob where I was not expecting him to be! (Also was confused at first when the credits did not say "Joe Bob.") :)
@kinky_horror@therealjoebob Thank you. He's been gone for 8 years now, but it meant a lot to me to suddenly hear that joke again. Especially from Joe Bob & over this holiday. <3
@therealjoebob@kinky_horror I grew up with my father telling that joke to us as kids, but at the end the man says, "Here's to your canoes!" and uses a fork to perforate himself. :) He is gone now, but it's a fond memory, speaking of Father's Day.
