Hi @easyJet, compensation for my cancelled flight declined due to "bad weather" but every other flight went, and ours didnt due to crew (not bad weather). Left abandoned in foreign country, told to fend for ourselves with no chain of care, so you also broke your own polict.
@Georgia59693443@marktays@easyJet Yeah i heard mention that Fuerteventura airport closes overnight so if a flight isnt out by midnight it gets cancelled. Absolute carnage and zero help from easyjet. Mark i really hope you guys get sorted soon, they forget people have jobs to go to!
@marktays@Georgia59693443@easyJet We had the same Mark.. Managed to change our flights to the Gatwick one last night, then the kind cabin manager arranged 25 of us road transport to take us from LGW to Bristol. Hope you get sorted soon, 'fend for yourself' was not the attitude we needed!
