Opened a ticket informing them that I do not want to renew. But because I didn’t give 28 days notice they still require payment for the next 12 months. Thinking about just ignoring their requests… any ideas how successful they are in chasing payments for unwanted licenses?

I stopped using TeamViewer due to it being too expensive for me. Now they are threatening me with a debt collector for an unpaid invoice which I wasn’t aware of. Wtf? I thought it would just revert to the free version. Will never use TeamViewer again.
