@JoshuaWostal What would happen if, Say we have a reduction in residents, People move out of the state , houses sit on the market. Prices fall, revenue decreases. Current level of Tax revenue is not a guarantee , so why are we depending on that for essential services in the first place ?

@HollyBullardFL If you had to estimate how much property tax revenue has increased. Say since COVID when there was a huge influx of new property owners buying up properties at exponentially high prices. I’m willing to bet that would cover your shortfall and then some.
