@SkyHelpTeam If, and its a really big IF, you can get past the 'Thanks for waiting we are really busy' screen and get to the green button to confirm pausing -v been there 3 time now in 36 hours - you never get further than the blue wheel of death. This has been turning for 2.5 hours now!!!
@SkyHelpTeam I've tried for two days by phone and have now been trying online since yesterday morning. All we get is thanks for waiting and then technical error messages. Pause it for all - automatically, or sort your IT out!
