@heysugardumplin Luckily I don't have central air. But yes. My fam and I were testing + every year, at different times of year before 2023. That's why I feel like the tests r shit. Few years ago my family got hip to air purifiers, that helped some. But it's not enough when ur sharing living space

@heysugardumplin I'm really not sure, the one symptomatic sickness I've had beyond my chronic issues was in February 2025. I think there's a high probability that I have been exposed several times and been asymptomatic. Strict about masking, hoping to get into safer housing before this winter🤞😭

I never looked at my bloodwork myself but it seems my thyroid did take a hit from covid. TSH has always been on the lower side at 1.32 in 2018. February 2022 was 4 months after the infection that gave me long covid. There it jumped to 4.7 before plummeting back to 1.12 that June
