Most health apps count steps.
We built one that helps you run your protocol like a study.
Autus 1.2.3 is here:
• 🧠 Capacity: a daily recovery score powered by your health data—not a black box.
• 🍽️ Weekly nutrition plans with calories & macros that automatically shift around training days.
• 💉 Smarter dose logging with syringe math, vial tracking, and inventory management.
• 📸 Private progress photos with guided comparisons.
• ⌚ Fitbit + Pixel Watch support.
• ⚡ Faster, smoother, and dozens of workflow improvements.
No AI pretending to be your doctor.
No guessing.
Just better data, better decisions.
"rest 60 seconds to keep the pump" is costing you.
21 trained men, 8 weeks, sets of 8 to 12 RM, same program except rest: 3 min beat 1 min for squat and bench 1RM and front thigh muscle thickness (Schoenfeld et al., 2016, J Strength Cond Res).
how long do you actually rest?
Autus 1.2.4 just shipped.
Your protocol is only half the story. Now Autus helps you track the response too.
Capacity. Nutrition. Progress photos. Health data. Better dose + vial tracking. A rebuilt Today experience. Insights grounded in what your history actually supports.

Patterns based on compounds and journal entries - also goes along with nutrition. Keep note of what feels good and what doesn’t, and patterns helps learn what works for you and what doesn’t

Nutrition tracking also allows for high/low day configurations, set a target fat for low days, and the rest is allotted to carbs. Or let Autus run it for you.
Nutrition tracking is how I started my career. It’s still under polish, but I built a full algorithm. Not only centered around maintenance, fat loss, or muscle gain, but also recomp.
It learns and adapts over time and works with you and the data you provide via fitness trackers and also compounds you’re researching
@bowtiedmeathead I took two and the shots made me worse than the vid did. Spiked heart rate for days and made me feel bad.
In-laws still get theirs. Doc always asks if we want for our kids. We say no thank you. They don’t fuss. Thankful for that.
@_9th_Life_ I’m an engineer who works at a b2b marketing company and I would’ve also made the same mistakes. Believe it or not I still have no idea how to market even though i build tools to help marketers market 🤣
Also have puberty gyno. Is there any way to prevent it, or stop it at that age? Worried for my kids as well.
I remember learning about how girls check for lumps and boys check for lumps, but I felt one in my breast. I had my mom schedule an appt and he laughed and said I didn’t have breast cancer and that was it.
22 years later I still have it. Also considered surgery, but heard the recovery can be brutal. But it’s all that’s left of that part of me. I want it gone too, so I completely empathize with you
I know there’s already 100s out there but none fit my needs. I built Autus for people running peptide, TRT, GLP-1, supplement, or multi-compound protocols who are too busy to keep juggling Notes, spreadsheets, reminders, and vial math.
It helps you:
- track protocols and doses
- calculate vial / syringe math
- see projected blood-level curves - know when you’re going to hit your goal steady state saturation
- manage stacks and supplies - auto deduction and reminders when you’re running low
- get reminders without turning your life into admin work
Basically: if you train hard, parent hard, work too much, and still want to stay consistent with your protocol, Autus keeps the whole thing organized in one place. Frequent updates,
Currently pro has a two week free trial. Link below gets you the first month free instead. Offers good till the end of the month.
You can choose to not sign up. Everything stays on device then.
You can sync lab work (all encrypted for privacy), apple health, etc and get feedback on how things might be affecting your health. “Sleep dropped 20%, lower tren or take a break”
You can export your data to share with your coach or doctor
Genuinely open to feedback and suggestions to make this your all in one tool across the board.
@Ivanaeus77@bowtiedmeathead It’s definitely individual dependent. Not everyone gets it. I’d actually be super interested to know on a deeper scientific level what the cause is - is it a certain gene expression? Based on existing GH levels?
Yeah - I also get slight flushing from NAD when I use > 50mg. But the energy boost is worth it.
Cjc/ipa I have no doubt was at least starting to work. Overall sleep improved, but flushing made it harder to fall asleep. Just couldn’t handle the side effects anymore. I think I gave it two weeks before I cut it
@Ivanaeus77@bowtiedmeathead Makes your face turn red and you feel it. Heart race. Etc.
I had the flushing effect. Couldn’t take cjc/ipa after that. Tesa/ipa was ok. But then I swapped to straight HGH and no issues
I built Autus because detailed protocols were being tracked in tools that were never designed for them.
Notes for logs.
Calendar for reminders.
Spreadsheets for calculations.
Screenshots for references.
Memory for everything else.
Autus brings the tracking layer into one iOS app.
