@SkyHelpTeam your customer service team need training on their calls. I said no to an upgrade, she slammed the phone down, no thanks or anything. Very rude!!
@g__j I'm getting really fed up with the service, latest bill shows I've used no night time electric but plenty in the day. I call you and I have to take photos of my meter. Do you realise how difficult this is for disabled people. Shambles!!!
