Presented at #ASCO26:
Among patients with 𝘙𝘌𝘛 fusion–positive non–small-cell lung cancer, adjuvant selpercatinib led to longer event-free survival than placebo. Adverse events of grade 3 or higher included elevated liver-enzyme levels. Full phase 3 LIBRETTO-432 trial results: https://t.co/o3iLF3tu6p

For patients with acute ischemic stroke, endovascular thrombectomy has improved outcomes in large-vessel occlusions, but its benefit in medium-vessel occlusions remains contentious. Research findings from the ORIENTAL-MeVO trial are summarized in a new Quick Take video. https://t.co/llPDSrhiyI
Among patients with stroke due to medium-vessel occlusion, thrombectomy led to functional independence at 90 days (in 58.6% of patients, vs. 46.6% with medical management) but also to a higher risk of intracranial hemorrhage. Full ORIENTAL-MeVO trial results: https://t.co/FvyLPQz4CV

Excited to launch Gemma 4: the best open models in the world for their respective sizes. Available in 4 sizes that can be fine-tuned for your specific task: 31B dense for great raw performance, 26B MoE for low latency, and effective 2B & 4B for edge device use - happy building!
🧠⚡️ Systematic review of 532 LVO patients shows super large bore aspiration catheters achieve high access (92%) and strong reperfusion (81%) with low complications, but modest first-pass effect (~55%) and reliance on non-randomized data highlight the need for larger prospective trials. 🧠🔬 Neuro-dedicated intravascular OCT is emerging as a promising tool for intracranial vascular imaging. By enabling microscopic, high-resolution visualization of vessel wall pathology and therapeutic devices, it may expand our understanding of cerebrovascular disease and improve neurointerventional diagnosis and treatment strategies. 📖 Read more (open access): https://t.co/uGur9YugEj

Introducing agentic trial emulation: Biomni scaled clinical trial emulation using 12M patients EHR data at Mount Sinai.
Researchers used Biomni to autonomously emulate multiple landmark anticoagulation RCTs end-to-end within their EHR—turning months of manual target trial analysis into scalable, agent-driven workflows that can extend across large numbers of trials and diseases.
Running many emulations in parallel enabled something new: learning a stable institutional transport signal that quantifies how published trial effects systematically translate in local care.

Today, the Trump administration repealed the endangerment finding: the ruling that served as the basis for limits on tailpipe emissions and power plant rules. Without it, we’ll be less safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change — all so the fossil fuel industry can make even more money.
A huge part of this raise is Claude Code.
Weekly active users doubled since January. People who've never written a line of code are building with it. Humbled to work on this every day with our team.

Today in @NatureMedicine we report that AI can predict 130 diseases from 1 night of sleep
We trained a foundation model (#SleepFM) on 585K hours of sleep recordings from 65K people—brain, heart, muscle & breathing signals combined.

🧠 New insights for EVT coming from the 222 patients of the DISTAL trial: https://t.co/pDMuyfEoNx There is (statistically significant) higher reperfusion rates with a combined approach compared to ADAPT. However, ADAPT had numerically better functional outcomes and less symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage. What do YOU use for distal thrombectomy?
Is endovascular therapy the future of brain tumor treatment? Emerging research on Yttrium-90 endovascular radiosurgery hints at a way to target tumors from within—crossing the BBB and sparing healthy tissue. Early signs point to this being a game-changing therapy! #NeuroOncology #neurointervention https://t.co/r3fcmRSHqV
It was fantastic to hear from @pere_canals_ of @StanfordMed at #ESOC2025! Dr Canals presented his work investigating the impact of vascular anatomy on thrombectomy outcomes in distal/medium vessel occlusion.🎥
