@EurekaForbes Another 4 days and still the Geneus purifier is lying dead. Technician says parts not available. If I need to buy packaged water for half a month every month, what use is your purifier then?

@HathwayBrdband It's more than 12 days I have been following up for disconnection but noone has addressed the tickets. You are holding my balance amount and are refusing disconnection. The tickets get automatically closed and I get disconnected by the IVR #poorcustomerservice
@HathwayBrdband More than month now since the device was collected. The ticket got closed too last week. The balance amount has not been transferred yet. I don't understand how many times do I need to follow up for a disconnection. Been a customer for over 5 years and this is how I am treated

@HathwayBrdband The tickets were closed again without resolution. I am told device pickup person is on leave hence the delay. Like really there are no replacements to do a simple device pickup?
@JioCare I received an account suspension message at 1:13am stating I had 2 days time before it gets permanently suspended but the uninstallation was initiated the same day at 7:14am. Customer care says it can't stop the uninstallation. Why in a hurry when I am ready to continue?
