@EmbersCamping if anyone is silly enough to think that they’ll get a refund for dates booked at the park during COVID-19 lockdown. I’ve twins registered disabled with chronic lung disease so have NHS shielding letter (technically a medical certificate) Refund refuses, DISGUSTED!

Completely disgusted @EmbersCamping refusing to refund booking for mid June. My twins are Disabled and on shielding list till 30/6/2020 at least. They said everyone will be treated the same. I have an NHS shielding letter too. Shame on you! #shielding #singlemum #chroniclung
