@phenomnominal Lots of smart people in your company so I totally see why. It makes sense that we would care more about people who are closest to us, in groups where we feel socially included and where belonging can be lost.

@ghoshal Start a family ritual of breathing together every morning/evening. At first just a minute, then gradually making it longer over time. Expect her to jump around the first few times, then start to imitate you as a parent. Guide it yourself to make the experience real.
