@bmracingclub A great man. He knew the guys I used to drink with in the old medallion bar at Caulfield. I was introduced to him. From that day on he always remembered my name and greeted me like we were old friends! His work in racing at all levels and the media was incredible. Vale Ted.

And it seems we are on the right track. Golf courses are amazing. Support here is incredible. If getting Rory here for it helps that’s great.

@EvinPriest Volunteered for years at the Aus Open and other events in Australia. Bringing it back to a stand alone event is massive. A great move. And yes I’ll be going to Adelaide to support the Aus Women’s Open in March next year!

@BlackVelvetJWM @flushingitgolf @AusOpenGolf I’ve read your post a few times. I still don’t get your point. Golf in Australia is huge. Yes he was paid to be here. And it’s attracted massive crowds at a golf course in the top ten in the world. I’m a volunteer at the event and can’t wait to be back there in the morning.
