Every @MeteoraAG DLMM liquidity provider knows about the risk of rugpulls. Doing research and using wide one-sided bid-ask positions helps but there's a fundamental flaw with how most DLMM LPs operate.

The issue is how and when capital is added to a position.

Currently, LPs will deposit 100% of their capital upfront. Assuming a bid-ask curve, the majority of capital is far away from the current price, not earning fees and at risk of being exploited by a rugpull.

The solution: Add liquidity on-demand as the price moves.

We've implemented this feature in VortexBot - it's called Staggered Liquidity.

Staggered Liquidity splits the position into "chunks" (20% of total position), and only adds more chunks as the price drops. See the illustrations below.
