@RyanDeto @schmangee Maybe it's b/c this is as dense as Columbus gets and so the average incomes/being seen as a destination are throwing off the calculation, but this seems doable. German, Merion, Italian Village, Harrison West, even Grandview. You just can't have 5000 sq ft houses on half acre lots

@philly_planner I just went to nantucket (for the first and last time) and thought the same thing. it should be nice but is absolutely ruined by the amount of auto traffic (and its all the worse because of the size of the vehicles). At least they are good at stopping for peds, though
