@levrua1 @DAZNBoxing_Help I've got advice on the matter and have been told to send a complaint letter to their HQ at Hanover House, Plane Tree Crescent, Feltham, United Kingdom, TW137BZ describing the problem and giving DAZN 14 days to respond & fix it. Next steps are (prob) small claims court for damages

@levrua1 @DAZNBoxing_Help I've emailed [email protected] several times and they reply but say I can't cancel an annual subscription until it expires (12 months x £9.99). They acknowledge I signed up accidentally, but they won't do anything about it.

I signed up to your service to watch JUST the AJ fight on 1st April and cancelled my subscription the same night. You're continuing to charge me for the service though I'm not using it, only signed up to watch one fight and I've asked you several times to stop.
