Dear @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares, I can easily view my credit card details (card number, expiry, CVV) securely via mobile apps for banks like ICICI and Axis. Is there a way to view these details online for HDFC cards, or am I missing something? Would love to see this feature!

@HDFCBank_Cares Also, do note that, I found a contradictory statement in your FAQs that we cannot view card details anywhere else except on the physical card - PFA

1) Could you please elaborate where to the specific option you mentioned? (PFA)
2) Why there is a seperate portal/app different than HDFC mobile app to check the cards details?

On that note, I observed that the "primary bank account" feature is also not working as expected. I set up a bank as a primary bank account, but while paying someone, I'm getting a different bank account as default bank

Is it just me, or is @navifinance disabling the "Set as primary" toggle for RuPay Credit Cards? It’s disappeared from the app recently while bank accounts still have it. Any ETA on a fix?

@CRED_support All the below features are missing in "CredPay"

1. Payment history of a particular bill
2. Pay directly to a mobile number
3. Option to view the incoming transactions
4. Option to label the utility bills
5. Option to save payment categories (maid,milk,etc)
