I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve my Roblox account StayScopedIn through support after it was compromised, but I still haven’t received a meaningful review.

Long story short.. my account was ratted/compromised. The hacker got rid of my 2 step, changed my email, stole my limiteds which were a Dominus Praefectus & blue clockwork headphones (which frankly was since then traded off), stole 25k robux.. and then got my account terminated by joining what I assume to be a malicious game to make my account say such harsh things about child abuse all within the span of 30 mins.. I have email proof of everything to validate my claims. I had to use Ai to try and compile some of the evidence from rolimons + my emails together which is why it looks bad so don’t mind that 😭.

A previous support representative and possibly the only human that I’ve gotten so far had acknowledged my account had been compromised, yet my account remains terminated and the limited items & robux taken from it have never been properly investigated.

I also want to sincerely apologize for the messages that referenced child abuse. I understand why it was taken seriously, and I regret that it was ever associated with my account. It most definitely does not reflect my character, my values, or the kind of person I strive to be.

I’m not asking for special treatment, I only a fair and thorough review of my case and the evidence I’ve provided, I can always give more proof if needed. This is the 1st termination my account has ever gotten and even then I’ve only ever gotten chat banned/suspended for a day a most for trash talking my friends for lols. If anyone at @Roblox or @RobloxSupport can take a look at my evidence to prove that my account was not only hacked into, but to prove that the compromising of my account led to my termination, and my limiteds/robux being stolen so I can possibly get a rollback on my items and robux and prove that I didn’t say such crude messages. I did try with support and the violations & appeals but they instantly denied me without any thorough examination.. and I keep getting AI support responses. Please help me out.

@Dcv20K Does this usually work as well with regular compromised terminations? Cause i got terminated as well due to getting compromised.. and the hacker got my acc banned after stealing my stuff
