US nuclear submarines are so huge (the length of a football field) that when they travel underwater, they leave behind a wake on the surface that is so big that it can be spotted by Chinese optical satellites! They are the biggest white elephants in the history of satellite enabled target practice for ballistic missile.

After the 3 Chinese warships completed their “live” firing exercises in the Tasman Sea then the US nuclear submarine miraculously appeared in Perth – all the while hiding from the Chinese destroyers who are able to track them!

So how many operational Collin-class submarine that Australian Navy is still operating? I heard that only one submarine is functional but is in the repair dock.

Talk about abandoning the defense of Australia's coastal waters.
