@southkesteven Well done for introducing card payments but you've made a massive miss-step in removing the ability to use an app for payment. At a car park in stamford only 1 in 3 machines were taking card payments and 80% of those in the subsequent queue said they would normally use the app!

@nmyers89 Whilst I agree with you almost completely on this, the elections are run based on party manifestos which each of the potential conservative leaders have to a certain degree proposed to change. It's at this point it becomes undemocratic.

@SeanUK It helps but I wouldn’t say it’s a necessity. Full team education and acceptance of the different roles needs and timelines. Especially as you add in all functions such as QA, copywriting and research.

@SeanUK On the other hand if they're helping to shape the direction of the product they should be in close collaboration with all those other functions anyway. When talking about towers it really depends who is sitting at the top of it and whether they understand the bricks under them

@SeanUK Probably too much for a tweet but essentially being involved in the right conversations to understand the product objectives, helping to shape the backlog, designing the right fidelity at the right time, getting ahead with design systems, empowering developers etc. etc.
