@BritishGasHelp closed my account as moving on 20/01. BG say cheque sent on 31/01. Why send a cheque when you have bank acc? No cheque arrived. Now 22 days. Had chats on 15th, 21st and today. No one will resolve. It is my money paid by DD upfront. How do I get my refund?
