@WBDsports @tntsports @cyclingontnt Raising prices, no more Breakaway since the Giro, now there’s ads on the Tour. Service is really going downhill fast on Discovery+ since you shut down GCN+, which is immensely disappointing. Barely worth the money anymore.

In 1968, Charly Grosskost won both the prologue and stage 1.
In 1979, René Bittinger won stage 1 and Bernard Hinault won stage 2, but the prologue was won by Dutch Gerrie Knetemann.

In 2006 Ullrich married the sister of Georg Steinhauser’s dad, Tobias, whom he rode in the same team with for three years towards the end of his career (2003 Bianchi, 2004–05 T-Mobile).
