@British_Airways please could you help sort a refund I’ve been waiting for since last year? I’m BA Gold and was meant to fly EWR-LHR first class 20th December last year. You cancelled my flight due to your major outages and moved me to business class. Tired of waiting and chasing

@waynewykwong Hi Wayne, how did you find the new Finnair seat? I’m just about to book a work trip LHR-SIN-LHR and thinking about using Finnair. They apprently always run the new seat on the HEL-SIN route. Any input would be good. I’d book BA club but the pricing is around £2k more!
