@Toohey_sp Squat, hinge, push, pull -> treat these with the same level and attention you do any other sports skill and it will be amazing at how much else 'magicaly' gets so much better.

This makes alot of sense to me. To my mind, WB is heavily influenced by hoop stress - if the root is damaged / circumfrential fibers thst compromises hoop stress and requires gradual WB, but not 0.
I explain to people that collagen during healing initially looks like a bowl of spaghetti and you need force to get fibers to properly align.
I've always felt that with healing, force application needs to follow the goldilocks principle - just right. π
Force can be by load AND by range -> both need to be considered.
@dpolehn Focus on teaching your computer (brain) how to get better at controlling your machine (body).
Don't try to brat the crap out of your machine.
The limiting factor to progress isn't intensity, its recovery.
@StrengthDebates Mechanics are similar yes.
But squat uses stretch shortening cycle
Deadlift, including Trap bar require starting strength.
Those two are different.
