@TfL how nasty are TFL I mistakenly put in o instead of 0 , on my registered account they have charged me £90 a congestion charge , I rang them , how rude the staff are is unbelievable, they don’t even want to listen to you, about a genuine mistake

@BritishGasCon I have to say how crap this service has come , today I had a gas cert and annual booked , waited all , rang and found they have cancelled it , with out telling me , my gas cert runs out tomorrow,this stupid lady from customer service lies to me and says it’s ok

@BritishGasCon I’ve asked for , confirmation that everything was ok on the inspection, taken place on my property by the BG electrician, as he’s forgotten to leave the paperwork at the property but how useless is BG , I have called on numerous occasions, nothing
