@mmamas1973 Thanks for this summary. My story is not dissimilar. I suspect that maybe it’s a fact of life that patients have to go on a journey too… younger patients want ‘Tesco’ GPs at their beck and call. But older ones see the value of the GP who knows you well (and your family too).
