@DavidOndrej1 India has a huge market for them. It's the correct descision from their marketing side. No other country provide the same number of people in this field who will also actually pay.
Stop running Kimi K3 on Max Effort for custom frontend work.
The more it thinks, the worse the code gets.
When you give K3 strict UI constraints on Max settings, it overthinks, consumes insane tokens, and wanders off-brief.
The fix? Lower the effort level.
• Max Effort: Token sinkhole, bloated code, over-analyzed logic.
• Low Effort: Cheaper, faster, relies on raw model intelligence.
Counter-intuitive, but less thinking actually gives you better output. ⚡️
I have information that Anthropic scraped my github twitter reddit discord and facebook posts for the development of it's Fable model.
To do this they developed a sophisticated internal platform to conduct large scale scraping and obfuscation of their actions.
When you cap your work hours, three things happen inside your brain.
ONE. Perceived importance sharpens.
Open-ended hours produce open-ended priorities. When time is unlimited, your brain treats every task as having equal weight. When time is finite, your brain has to choose.
The choosing is the skill.
Research from Michael Barthelmäs and Johannes Keller at Ulm University shows perceived importance directly drives flow. The more genuine subjective value you assign a task, the more your attention locks onto it.
Compression is what forces you to assign value honestly.
TWO. Challenge-skills balance kicks in.
The sweet spot for flow: challenge slightly exceeds skill. Research suggests around 4% above your current capability. That's where the task absorbs your attention completely.
When you have eight hours to write a strategy doc, the challenge is moderate. When you have ninety minutes, the challenge spikes. To meet that spike, your skill has to rise. You prioritize harder, write sharper, and decide faster.
THREE. Recovery actually recovers.
Real recovery is the absence of work obligation in your nervous system. Stepping away from your desk doesn't qualify on its own.
Even on vacation, productivity guilt keeps a low drip of cortisol running in the background. That low-grade activation prevents real parasympathetic reset.
Work compression solves it differently than vacation does. By creating non-negotiable off-hours, you tell your nervous system that progress is genuinely paused. Not deferred. Paused.
When the obligation is removed, parasympathetic activation finally takes over. Cortisol drops. Sleep deepens. The brain runs the memory consolidation that turns today's struggle into tomorrow's flow.

@MarcosHernanz That's not the point. Moonshot were able to do it without any frontier GPU and still cost way less.
Yes they have some issues like token inefficiencies and slow speed but it's going to go away within a year.
Big news: Kimi-K3 by @Kimi_Moonshot is now #1 in the Frontend Code Arena with 1679 pts, surpassing Claude Fable 5.
This is a 17-place jump from Kimi-k2.6 (#18 -> #1).
In Frontend, Kimi-K3 ranked #1 in 6 of 7 domains: Brand & Marketing, Reference-Based Design, Data & Analytics, Consumer Product, Simulations, and Content Creation Tools, landing #2 only in Gaming behind Fable 5.
The full model weights will be released by July 27.
Congrats to the @Kimi_Moonshot team on this major milestone!
Upon request, here's an updated version with Grok 4.5 and Meta's Muse Spark 1.1.
Grok 4.5 seems to sit at the Pareto frontier. Good bang for the buck.
(Also added harness info).
Stop saying 50 is middle aged.
“For US men only 1 out of 16,566 of us make it to 100.
True Male US Average Lifespan = 75.1 years.
Unpopular Conclusions:
When 37 years old, you are middle aged.
For half of us, halfway is less than 37.
Stop delaying… you gon’ die :)”

@sandmark_news Removing the $1.5B funding requirement is a significant change and reflects the tougher fundraising environment for crypto-focused firms.
Excited to release Grok 4.5 with @SpaceXAI.
It's an Opus-class model that's fast and low cost. It's a significant step up over any model we've developed so far, including Composer 2.5, and has become the daily driver for many on our team.
First of many releases. More soon.
