@theAliceRoberts The truth is rarely pure and never simple, to quote Wilde. Politicians of all types are simply using the new channels and methods available. It remains the job of the electorate to analyse their pronouncements and promises, make a judgement and then live with the consequences.
Recalling the days when Twitter was, well twittering, the chirping of internet birds. Now it is the tool of presidents and protagonists, artists and activists & and other alliteration groups. The internet has certainly lost its innocence. And is loosing its value.
@afneil Andrew, been watching on tele you for many, many years now, Blue Nun metaphorically on hand. Superlative political interviewing. My great sadness is that you are giving it up. Please reconsider.
@heidiallen75 Thanks for an entertaining evening at Litlington tonight telling your life story through words & music in order to raise funds for the local church. Your sincerity & desire to makes things better was clear. And your openness and honesty was very refreshing.
@DrJaninaRamirez Tragic. Keith was a great performance artist (sorry if that doesn't capture his brilliance) and the spirit of The Prodigy. Liam was/is the the bands musical genius but Kieth was the bands soul.
@afneil I too will miss This Week. It got a bit too "silly show biz" of late but was one few sources of intelligent debate and felt, at least, to be balanced. And very well chaired by Mr Neil. Credit as due.
