Hey @Optus NBN out since yesterday morning, your website won't let me log a fault, and your network status page won't load (via alt telco) now, after Under Investigation all day yesterday. NBN status check comes up green on our address, so looks like this one is on you.
@Optus Everything was coming up green, but couldn't connect to common websites. Pinging your DNS servers was slow, ~500ms, but has improved in last few minutes, down to 10-12ms, and other sites now working..
@MarineDealsDir my order has been "Awaiting Fulfillment" for ~6 weeks, and you have failed to provide any explanation, or respond to multiple contact attempts. #CustomerServiceFail or dishonest?
@byrnecore@lants What he said ^. The pad stays fairly still relative to you, better isolates the skin from friction, spreads and absorbs pressure. Seat padding binds to your skin more, OK for a sedate daily hour, but if you're riding longer, more often, or riding hard, get some good shorts
@hughstephens Have seen many up-and-rights, Venn diagrams and radars, the most entertaining was a quadrant full of successful knowns and no Newco because "you can't compare us"
@mat_kelcey It's pretty cool that it's all still there, but we're not aware. same thing happens playing music, reading poetry etc. Are they nodes with a single well worn access path? And/or is there a key in the scene that prompts recall even without context?
@mat_kelcey Similar anecdote from the early 90s - don't inadvertently weight survival of your defensive weapons platform higher than the people it's fighting for. When there's nobody to defend...
OK, make that 3 days, still no tax receipts. I cannot obtain a receipt from the @optus website, and when I request one via customer support they say they'll send them within 24 hours, but don't. @acccgovau ?
@Optus what can I say? Your NBN connection was weeks late, the "premium" modem is the worst piece of hardware I've had this millennia, and after an hour of wasted life talking to support I still cannot log in to your website to get a tax receipt. Truly amazing.
#1 Just had a private dinner with Steen Jacobsen, Chief Economist of Saxo Bank. “Australia is unaccountable and irrational. I visit 30 countries a year and this economy is by far the worst. You are incapable of smelling the coffee.” #auspol
