@EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .

@EE Just had appointment confirmation email from open reach to install equipment AFTER cancellation of contract within 14 days cooling off period! This is a 83 year old pensioner! You need to sort this out asap , disgusting .
