🚨BREAKING: California blocks federal audit of its voter rolls. First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli just dropped a bombshell: California is refusing to comply with a DOJ audit of its voter rolls despite federal authority.

The state allows first-time voters to register using weak IDs like gym memberships, employer cards, credit cards, prescription labels, and insurance cards when they lack a Social Security number or driver’s license.

Serious issues remain with cleaning dead voters, movers, felons, and loose ballot harvesting.

Mayor Mamdani “balanced” NYC’s $125B budget — by shortchanging pension payments.

He stretched out the city’s massive unfunded pension liabilities another 5+ years to 2037. This “saves” ~$1.6B this year, but adds $7 billion more in total interest that future New Yorkers will pay after he’s gone.

NYC will then face ~$4B/year in extra costs starting in the early 2030s.

This isn’t balancing the budget. It’s robbing the future to fund today’s spending spree. Classic kick-the-can politics.

Mamdani gets the cheers now. Taxpayers pay later — with interest.
