@allaboutirma No, to dizzy. Scared of blacking out on my own Last time I went I asked my mate to come with me. To stop me from falling. Just as well because I blackout in a&e and he had to save me from banging my head on a door handle.

Had to go to supermarket, waiting for the bus was so cold for me. Lost my body fat (illness). Was exhausted when got back had to to have a sleep to warm up and recover.
