Just had a most unpleasant customer experience with @POCruises. The inability to finalise a booking because of an inadequate follow up process resulted in me losing my booking AND my deposit. P&O's customer service was nothing short of harsh and inflexible. Avoid them!

Imagine trying to help a family struggling with COVID lockdown by buying a @woolworths ‘hamper’ AND IT DOESN’T ARRIVE?! So you try enquiring as to the whereabouts of the order, only to be told by a robot that there is over a one hour wait! 🤬 Where’s the customer service?? 😡
So I send a direct message and include my phone number … still nothing. No call and zero customer service. Now we have to call them to find out what’s happening. All @woolworths can do is blame a delivery driver!
