The contrast says everything.
Under President Biden, America stood shoulder to shoulder with the worldโs democracies, respected, trusted, and leading again.
Under Trump, America looks isolated, awkward, and alone.
One president rebuilt our alliances.
The other reminds the world why they matter.
BREAKING: Mike Pence is TRASHING Trump's Iran deal โ calling it "appeasement" that hands the mullahs BILLIONS for nothing.
When even Mike Pence โ one of the most loyal Republicans in modern history โ calls your Iran deal "appeasement," you know it's a disaster.
The former Vice President went on Fox News to dissect Trump's Iran "memorandum of understanding," and despite starting by buttering Trump up with praise for the military strikes, he proceeded to absolutely SHRED the actual deal.
"It does smack of the kind of appeasement that our administration rejected in the Obama-Iran nuclear deal," Pence said โ comparing Trump's deal directly to the agreement Republicans spent a DECADE calling treasonous.
Then Pence laid out exactly what's WRONG with it.
What's NOT in the deal: "There's no specific commitment to the verifiable dismantling of their nuclear weapons program. There's no commitment for the dismantling of their ballistic missile program. There's no commitment to end supporting terrorists or proxies" โ proxies that Pence noted have "claimed a thousand American service members' lives."
So, after starting a war that killed roughly 150 people at an Iranian school, spiking gas prices to $6 a gallon, and dragging America into a conflict nobody wanted โ Trump got NOTHING on nukes, NOTHING on missiles, and NOTHING on terrorism.
Now here's what Trump DID give away, according to Pence:
He's ending the blockade that brought Iran to the table. He's lifting oil sanctions worth "three billion dollars a year directly into the coffers of the regime." He's potentially unfreezing $100 BILLION in assets โ some of it before a deal is even finalized. And the $300 billion reconstruction fund.
When Fox News's John Roberts asked what Iran would do with all that cash, Pence didn't hesitate: "Money's fungible. They could do whatever they want."
Roberts filled in the blank: "Build more missiles, build more drones."
Pence's bottom line: "I don't trust the Iranians. Verify and then trust" โ demanding Iran actually dismantle its nuclear program before getting a dime.
When Trump's OWN former Vice President is calling the deal Obama-style appeasement on Fox News, the spin has officially collapsed.
Trump got played. And everyone can see it.

What Trump achieved by starting a war with Iran:
Losing.โ๏ธ
Shame. โ๏ธ
Strength. โ
A good deal. โ
Civilian deaths. โ๏ธ
Our soldiers dying. โ๏ธ
$2 billion/day wasted.โ๏ธ
Depleting our weapons.โ๏ธ
Gas prices skyrocketing. โ๏ธ
Making us forget Epstein. โ
$300 billion as an apology. โ๏ธ
Winning the Nobel Peace Prize. โ
Iran not having a nuclear weapon. โ
Proving that he is better than Obama. โ
Turning a great county into a punchline.โ๏ธ
Proving that his incompetence is infinite.โโ๏ธ
๐จ Trump may have just explained the real reason he rushed the Iran MoU.
Not diplomacy.
Not trust.
Not peace.
At the G7, Trump defended the deal by saying continued bombing would keep ships from moving through the Strait of Hormuz, cost the world hundreds of millions per day, and then added:
"We run out of reserves in about four weeks."
Think about what that means.
In the middle of a conflict centered on global energy supplies, the President publicly suggested there was a roughly one-month limit before reserve shortages became a serious problem.
Whether the number is exact or not almost doesn't matter.
Adversaries now have a planning horizon.
Markets now have a planning horizon.
Negotiators now have a planning horizon.
And Trump himself linked that timeline directly to why he wanted the agreement.
That's not just an argument for the deal.
It's an argument that continuing the pressure campaign may have been economically unsustainable.
If Iran hears:
"Hold out long enough and they can't keep this up"
that's not deterrence.
That's leverage.

Every American should agree on one thing.
A President should never weaponize the Department of Justice against his political enemies.
So the reports that Trumpโs DOJ is now investigating Gavin Newsom and his wife, over an issue no one will even name, are alarming to say the least.
Assuming there is nothing more to this story, and so far no one has offered a shred to suggest there is, we are left with something very ugly. And itโs easy to believe, given how often Trump has shown us this same pattern of retaliation, corruption, and going after anyone who crosses him.
You do not put your own personal criminal defense attorney in charge of the DOJ because you want everything done by the book. You do it to clear the path for exactly this kind of corrupt political hit.
So show us the evidence or drop the investigation.
Anything less tells us all we need to know.
Right. Here is a thought that should have arrived at the Kremlin somewhere around day four of their three-day war. You are not winning.
The plan in 2022 was to be in Kyiv before lunch, plant a flag, and be home in time for the victory parade. Four years on, the parade has been quietly cancelled, the refinery that keeps Moscow moving is on fire, and a man pushing eighty is sitting behind a great deal of concrete wondering why the petrol stations have started rationing fuel by the cupful. ๏ฟผThis is not how winners behave. This is how a pensioner behaves after picking a fight with the entire neighbourhood and discovering, to his genuine astonishment, that the neighbourhood fights back.
Russia has spent its future on the vanity of one elderly man who cannot say the obvious word out loud. The young men are gone. The talent that could leave has left. The European market has closed the door and bricked it up for good measure, and it is not reopening in his lifetime or anyone elseโs that he cares about.
So perhaps the people standing nearest to Putin might gently suggest that the time has come to fold. Not because anyone is going to forgive them. Not because history will be kind. But because there is genuinely nothing left in this for them to win.
The grandpa has had his adventure. It is time to go home.
SUBMISSION ACCOMPLISHED: Imagine if any other president had started a catastrophic war of choice that needlessly killed over a dozen Americans, maimed and mutilated hundreds, closed the Strait of Hormuz, and wasted billions of taxpayer dollars โ and then after LOSING the war, had the audacity to bribe Iran with $300 billion more of our money.
The White House finally released the text of its Iran agreement.
If you don't have time to read all 14 points of diplomatic legalese, here's the version written in plain English.
Who got what.
Who promised what.
And why the details are causing such a political firestorm.
What Iran Gets
๐ฐ Access to frozen assets
๐ฐ Oil sales resume
๐ฐ Sanctions relief discussions
๐ฐ $300 billion reconstruction commitment
๐ข Strait of Hormuz reopens
โ๏ธ U.S. forces eventually move farther away
What The U.S. Gets
๐ค Promise not to build nuclear weapons
๐ Promise to discuss uranium and enrichment later
๐ Promise to negotiate a final deal within 60 days
๐ Promise to keep talking
Bottom Line
Iran gets money, trade, sanctions relief, shipping access, and reconstruction commitments now.
The U.S. gets promises about future negotiations.
If the USA weren't such a broken country, Iran getting $425 BILLION would be the death knell and impeachment of any president in history.
What an absolute embarrassment of an admin.
March 9 - We're now totally independent of the Middle East. We don't need their oil
April 1 - It doesn't really affect us. We have so much oil
June 17 - If I didn't agree to the MOU, we would run out of reserves at about 4 weeks...weโd really run out
Itโs the most destructive and weak American foreign policy in history:
- Surrendering to Taliban
- Surrendering to Iran
- Bending knee to Russia
- Bending knee to China
- Attacking NATO & weakening alliances
- Pretending to end 8 wars & world thinking you lost the 1 you started
President Obama masterfully negotiated an agreement that prevented Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon.
Trump tore it up and went to warโonly to lose the lives of 13 brave Americans, raise prices at the pump, and sign a failure of a โdealโ that costs taxpayers billions.
๐ฅณ Congratulations, Boss! You just gave Iran $300B after ripping up Obamaโs $1.7B deal that had actually resulted in the suspension of its nuclear program.
All you got is:
1) The Strait of Hormuz open which was already open BEFORE your stupid war of choice.
2) A vague 90 day period where youโre gonna โtalkโ about their nuclear program with no guarantees nor any information for the public who are funding the entire thing?
You also wasted $200B+ โ and American lives โ on the war itself bringing the total taxpayer price tag to half a trillion dollarsโฆ and youโre taking a victory lap???
Who thinks this is more of a loser lap?
On the world stage, lying about America, badmouthing America. Talking shit about America. Trashing our democracy. He is a traitor to this country. He should be in jail.
