2years as a very satisfied customer of @CommunityFibre but today such an ordeal to renew my contract. 1st call answered after 25 min wait, 2nd call to query emailed renewal terms not answered after 50mins. 3rd call via customer service to query renewal terms. Still unresolved 🤷🏻♂️
@RadissonHotels I have called 4 times and sent 2 email re my RR status. I was promised my status would stay VIP if I made one new booking and stayed before 31 Aug which I did. In early Sept I was downgraded to Premium. Each time I call I’m told all will be sorted but it hasn’t .
@HMRCcustomers After a 55 minute wait I have just got through to speak with someone at HMRC. I was told that as the requested removal is for next tax year it is my wife that needs to call not me! Luckily my wife was around to speak. Please make sure your advice gets updated to reflect this.
@HMRCcustomers
Is it poss to remove marriage allowance transfer for next tax year. I tried to do this via my account loading up next year’s tax coding info but there is no option to cancel wef a future date. I’ve tried calling without success. Must I wait until 06Apr to remove?
50 years ago I took my first @British_Airways flight and flying over 1,000 times on BA and franchises. Since retiring, I have kept loyal to BA enduring many delayed flights to maintain my silver status. 2 days ago, BA lost my loyalty, here’s to trying new airlines & alliances ✈️
Just messaged @easyJet to ask if there are any special procedures in place for passengers booked to Valencia tomorrow to change/cancel. The answer was ´no’, standard change/cancellation terms apply even though local authorities in the Valencia region are advising not to travel 🤷🏻♂️
@DaveWallsworth Let’s hope that’s the case. Last December coming back from AUS on the A350, the crew kept it inoperable all flight leaving just 2 washrooms for 56 J pax. Not a pleasant experience.
Imagine Mr Jenrick’s shock when he finds out a study by Durham University has found the primary factor in the sky rocketing number of small boat crossings is the former Conservative governments oven ready Brexit deal
According to the report it was the then conservative Government’s decision to leave the EU without a returns agreement in place which has led to the skyrocketing number of dangerous small boat crossings

Boris Johnson has crawled out of the woodwork to join Nigel Farage in saying the UK needs a referendum on ECHR membership
If UK media is going to give him a platform to spout this boll**** it’s
up to all of us to call it out. RT this if you agree
A Brexit based on lies & now he joins Nigel Farage in saying UK needs a referendum on ECHR membership
If we want to avoid a dangerous a chain of events which could one day see Britain joining Russia & Belarus as the only European countries outside the ECHR we need to constantly call out this insane Drumbeat
