@hillarysblinds I'm still waiting to hear from you. This is what your fitter Chayse has to say, three weeks after my fitting date. Basically take the date offered or go to the back of the queue (I think I'm already at the back of the queue) & you still have my £1,450 in your bank 6 months later.
Awful customer service from @hillarysblinds My blinds should have been fitted a week last Friday, no one turned up, I've emailed and phoned, no explanation, no contact, no blinds AND you've taken all my money! Should have used the local independent specialist.
@LNER Oh so the first class ticket really only gets you a seat to travel just like 2nd class? I shall have to remember that there are no added benefits for the additional price.
@LNER call this 1st class? 50 minutes to acknowledge I wanted some food/a drink despite asking two or three times. Customers waiting 90 mins for non existent hot food. Mmm, the only "delicious" thing "left" on the 1st Class menu was a delicious dried up cob 🤮YRK-PBO 19:31
