@GasolineBreath@BadSeedBooks@jewstein3000 Yes. Doctors are human beings with experiences. It helps to provide context to the patient to say “I am familiar with this both professionally and personally.” The fact that you find this strange speaks more about you
@Romy_Holland You very obviously have some kind of current obsession with finding and pointing out where people do potentially suboptimal or less than totally rational things and claiming or implying its source is neuroticism. Seems kind of neurotic tbh.
@idkidc4ever@Romy_Holland Hospitals don’t let unvetted women donate milk. They can’t guarantee it doesn’t have certain meds or was stored properly. You need to be an approved donor before the milk is pumped.
everyone freezes breast milk so i froze breast milk and i still have a bunch in the freezer that i keep forgetting to use. why did i even do that? i can’t imagine i’ll bother next time. seems like another weird neurosis memetically transferred to new moms.

@ashleyschendel@El_King888@RonDuncan7 Lady you’re being willfully argumentative. You know a 3 year old girl does not belong in an adult men’s bathroom. I’m sorry your dad did that to you.
I feel like all my kids were good sleepers. I had multiple that woke every two hours until they started solids. I had one with colic. I think the sleep debate is more about mom’s capacity than the actual baby.
@Katherine111594 And I’ve had two of four kids that woke every 45-90 minutes until age 2. Trust me, you’d realize you had it easy with yours if you experienced that.
