@footballontnt is it possible that Lucy Ward does not commentate on the next Arsenal match? She adds nothing to the enjoyment of the match and is always talking. I have to turn the sound down although I want to retain the match atmosphere.

@footballontnt is there any way I can turn off the commentary but keep the background noise? Watching West Ham v Sunderland & the commentary ruins the experience. As it does with all TNT football matches.

@VirginAtlantic very unhappy with unsatisfactory response to complaint. Spent 1.5 hrs booking a flight by phone and the phone charge for doing so was £79. Telling me I used a number you don’t advertise anymore is irrelevant; why not disconnect it?

Re your article on CGT (FT 21/11) you have overlooked one point. If one accepts your points, it can only be fair if the assets in question are re-valued on the day that any new rules come into force. 31/03/82 values are still used in many CGT computations today.
