@easyJet Your passenger assistance is terrible. Separating two children under twelve from their wheelchair using mum in an empty airport at 11pm. Then taking 30 minutes to get her off a plane with no explanation. Then to have questions answered with, 'Dont know, not my problem.'
@YordieSands@Bethesda_UK How has it taken me so many years to realise that Macready is in FO3. As soon as I read it, I remembered but I've never connected that before!!
@MoonpigUK I am trying to reset my password but am not receiving an email to do so. Have tried numerous times but not getting anything. Can someone check please?

Some 316 MPs claimed their utility bills on expenses last year, with some members claiming more than £3,000 to cover their utilities.

@chilternrailway Having guidance on your webpage is not enough. There should be signage at the station and people in wheelchairs should be advised before being allowed to buy tickets.
Hi @chilternrailway Still no answer from yesterday's tweet regarding your lack of disabled access at Warwick Parkway station. Please let me know when this is going to be rectified.
@chilternrailway This meant I has to carry a wheelchair up 6 flights of stairs and my wife has no option but to climb them. This left her in absolute agony and exhausted before our trip began.
@chilternrailway At no point were we offered a taxi. Even when registering the blue badge, noone mentioned the lack of access. We were allowed to book and pay for our tickets and was then only told, 'Theres no lift, sorry.'
@chilternrailway We were not offered a taxi replacement and there are clearly no repairs being undertaken. We spoke to station staff who told us that it had been broken since January. There are laws in place to ensure accessibility in all places. This is not good enough
@Ticketmaster I have ordered tickets for the Strictly tour in Birmingham. However, I am unable to log in to see or show my tickets. I have reset my password 3 times but it is still not working. Please can you help me sort this?
@chilternrailway Appalling service as the disabled lift has now been OOA at Warwick Parkway since January. My disabled wife was forced to struggle up 5 flights of stairs while I carried her wheelchair. We were only told after we had purchased our tickets. Sort it out.
