When I hear people say that the North is not hospitable to people of other tribes or religions, I laugh because I spent a year in Yenagoa and only saw one mosque. Meanwhile, there are churches everywhere in Kaduna and Nasarawa.

Last week Sunday, I went cycling and one of the roads I usually cycled through was blocked by a church because it was their service day. Everyone was forced to use the other lane. It made no sense to me, a public road built by the government for public use.
