《性爱小技巧：后入》

(最深，最好掌控的体位）

开始让女生跪趴、膝盖分开、上身压低、屁股抬高开始。你跪在她身后，先不要整根进去。双手握住她胯骨，用龟头从会阴蹭到阴唇、再蹭过阴蒂，把润滑推开，等入口完全张开、女生自己往后送，再进入。
第一阶段：进门，先把角度找好（约1分钟）
先只进一半，停住。龟头在浅处慢慢画圈，同时拇指按住她腰窝往下压，让她塌腰、臀缝打开。后入要爽，关键不是狠，是茎身贴着她前壁走，龟头每次都能刮到G点那一块。
整根进去后先慢抽10下，幅度小，确认她没有顶宫颈的刺痛。她开始主动往后撞，再进入下一阶段。
第二阶段：后入基本节奏——深停浅打
双手定住她腰，抽插走固定三拍：
整根没入，最深处停半秒，耻骨轻轻撞她臀瓣
退到只剩龟头，浅插两下专门磨入口
再整根慢没入
这样让男生更持久，也更容易让女生更好进入状态。女生如果把脸埋进枕头、脚背绷直或手抓床单，说明深度对了，锁住这个节奏，不要立刻加速。
第三阶段：后入杀招
让女生手肘撑床或整个人趴低，你身体略后仰，让每次进出都刮前壁。然后做这一组：
1深插到底，胯在里面画超慢的小圈—一圈顶G点，一圈用茎身磨内壁，一圈用囊袋轻轻拍她阴蒂/会阴。
2退出一半，改成短促浅抽6–8下，专打穴口。
3再整根慢没入，停在最深，用耻骨抵着她阴蒂区域左右轻磨。
速度越慢女生越容易腿软。她腰一塌、呼吸开始加速，就说明这组在起作用。不要10下就换花样，同一组至少做两轮。
第四阶段：手必须跟上
后入最大优势是腾得出手。一只手绕到前面：两指分开阴唇，指腹按在阴蒂上，跟着你抽插错开节奏——你深的时候手指慢，你浅的时候手指快。
另一只手可以：
抓住一侧臀肉往外拉开，让你进得更满
或顺着脊柱推到后颈，逼她把腰塌得更低
阴蒂和后入同时服务，比单纯打桩快得多。
也可以选择打女生的屁股（看女生是否喜欢）
第五阶段：卡点
她快高潮：
保持深度和阴蒂手法，把抽插改成“整根埋进去几乎不动，只在最深处用胯轻轻顶、磨”。女生屁股自己动。等她阴道开始连续收缩，再恢复中等速度深插，通常会直接过线。高潮中不要立刻拔出，改小幅度深顶，把余波拉长。
男生快射：
立刻整根埋进去停住，一动不动，让女生阴道自己做“吸牛奶”——收缩、放松、再收缩。或退到只留龟头，用入口绞你。想射就改短促深顶；想再拖一轮，先拔出来用龟头在阴蒂和阴唇上慢磨十几秒，等那波过去再进。
实操注意
后入最容易顶到宫颈。她突然往前逃、身体一僵或喊痛，立刻退到一半改浅插。
润滑不够就补，这个体位比女上更容易干。
跪久了膝盖和腰会垮，可改成她上身趴床、你站在床边从后入，角度更集中也更省力，也可以垫被子或者枕头。
女生高潮后还在一收一放时，你停在里面跟上那个收缩节奏，体感会特别完整。
整段按15–20分钟来：前3分钟进入和找角度，中间主节奏加手部配合，后面留高潮。多注意女生塌腰、脚背、抓床单等动作
后入真正的杀招不是速度，是：前壁刮擦 + 最深处停顿 + 阴蒂同步。这三样叠在一起，比纯打桩狠得多。

I'm ngl, the best Okpa I ever had was in Port Harcourt. Mind you, I attended uni in Enugu and spent 6-7 years there. I did not, for once, encounter any Okpa that surpassed that particular one in Port Harcourt.
