@ShaziGoalie What do you think the solution is to stabilize and reduce the risk on the buyer? Is a 30 year mortgage rate, similar to the US, ever coming to Canada?
Congrats Team Canada 🇨🇦 for winning the #4nationscup. Well played Team USA. And congrats to @realDonaldTrump for becoming Canada’s newest premier now that America 🇺🇸 is the 11th Canadian province. That was the bet wasn’t it?! #nhl#4Nations
@FoodProfessor@CBCNews Hopefully this results in a firm slap on the wrist to Loblaws, a forced public apology, and a $5 PC gift card to those impacted over the last decade.
@ronmortgageguy Thoughts on corporations snapping up residential properties, similar to what we’re seeing in the US - do you expect this to increase in the next year or two in Canada?
@FoodProfessor The only way for a boycott like this to work is not for Loblaws consumers to shop at Sobeys or Walmart for a month, but rather to change their shopping behavior and shop the small mom and pop independent stores.
@thedude56743687@FoodProfessor Prices are up everywhere but retails are set by retailers. Suppliers can take increases on costs but that doesn’t always equal the increase you see in retail prices. The accusation is that they’re increasing their retails faster than costs. Prove me wrong.
@ronmortgageguy I wonder if it’s unconstitutional to change the rules after someone already owns the house. Would it not be more appropriate (and ethical) to grandfather in those that bought properties under the existing rules?
@ronmortgageguy Aside from increasing tax revenue, is the government’s objective here to provide more affordable housing through less investment properties? If so, do you think this will achieve that?
@hubermanlab What can you say about bright lights at night in the form of screens with “night shift” on? (Warm color temps). If not ideal, how long before bed should you stop using your phone?
@canmericanized Honest question: Out of curiosity, how does one delineate between supporting innocent Palestinian civilian lives and not being hateful?
More reasons for retailers to increase prices to recoup some of these costs. Thoughts @FoodProfessor ?
What could stores look like under Quebec's new language rules?

Hey @OPP_News, this could be a great way to cleanup highway traffic (and perhaps even improve public relations)

Watching Cops Ticket Drivers for Left-Lane Camping Is Incredibly Satisfying
@MarketManiaCa I assume that means you get a US number? If so, is it long distance for those calling you from Canada, despite being on a Canadian network?
@ronmortgageguy Depending on what % of 20 somethings fall into this category, this could cause a massive demographic shift.
Immigration growth that’s already occurred (and will continue for the foreseeable future) while young Canadians bail — Canada will look very different in the next 10 yrs
@FoodProfessor It seems like this number is much lower than in year’s past, where I recall seeing around 15%. Is this grocery only or all food, including out of home?
