@clairebubblepop It wasn’t just one thing, and I’m sick of everyone blaming 14 yrs of Tory austerity. Labour have been in power now for nearly 2 yrs and all we’ve had is u turns, we’re doing this cause they caused this. Under the last Tory governement I got same day appointment with gps.
@thameswater another example of poor customer services,complaint raised to Level 2. Spoke to them on Thursday and promised an email by today.Unable to speak to complaints,case closed no outcome email! 1 hr on the phone and now a promised a call from head office within 24hrs.
@BritishGasHelp one lost customer because your overseas customer care team, don’t care, it’s scripted and is poor. Three call backs promised and not delivered. Daughter is with octopus and she has great service. Ombudsman will be contacted on Monday!
