Have already spoke to supervisor in Customer service and in appointment setting . Need someone that can actually do something.

@XfinitySupport how can I get an executive or someone higher up than supervisors to contact me ? Internet has been down for 5 days due to a construction crew damaging main pole and ripping all wires from pole and my house . Wrong people coming and appointments get canceled.

Astound and at&t came out next morning and fixed their customers connections. This is unacceptable for a company like xfinity . Now they tell me tomorrow is the first available. What happened to my first 7 appointments and why can't dispatch be contacted?
