In this update is some of the context on the changes we're making to Ranked (Aegis of Valor, Queue Times, Apex Duo), nerfs to Locke and a midscope update to Bel'Veth.

Will talk about our approaches to Mages Bot more in detail in the 26.16 Rundown. Though I will say some of the presence of the Mages bot in Pro Play has been falling in recent days as Pros have gotten better at dealing with the support roaming and finding ways to deal directly with the mages.

- Base mana increased from 326 to 376
- Base mana regeneration increased from 1.49 to 1.59
- Q stacks from minion increased from 3 to 4
