@LNER this service is atrocious. 12:38 Grantham to Newcastle with young kids. No seat reservations. Standing room only in the corridor. You can’t just shorten a train to 5 carriages. Unacceptable.
A random day in life: commute to work Grantham to London (slight hangover), see on the train the parade is TODAY, get to work, book trains to Brum from two places, notify kids school they are leaving early, notify boss I am leaving early, travel to Brum #UTV#VTID@AVFCOfficial

@LNER I’m so sorry but I was not thinking straight. My canvas bag for my kids is on the train. Canvas bag from diddy squat farm not taken off at Grantham. Help me be reunited. I have cycled all round London with this bag!!
How many @LNER trains arrive 1 or 2 minutes before they have to pay any compensation? Remarkable. 59 minutes of delay on a packed train, no seats as it was only a 5 car, not a 10, when I spend over £1200 a month for the season ticket and in return I will get £12 refund. Jokers.
@LNER why advertise WiFi on your trains when it doesn’t work. Would be useful for us commuters if it 1. Worked 2. Was any good when it did work. Thanks
