I love raggae music. Alot. But the thought of hearing black men praise this man Ras Tafari,potraying him as some sort of Messiah is very wrong. Haile selasie,initially was never supposed to be the emperor of Ethiopia. When Emperor menelik became unwell and he could neither move nor talk,there was urgence in someone taking his place.

The one who took power then,was Iyasu. Iyasu was the son of Ras makonen,a cousin to Menelik II. According to tradition,in this leadership,was only to belong to the bloodline of king solomon that went back around 3000 years ago. When Iyasu took power,the first thing he did was he wanted to push back the british as they had taken so much influence over ethiopia.

The American who had invested so much in Addis Ababa didnt like this,so they orchestrated a plan to outcast him and replace him with another ruler,still in the solomon bloodline,but who was more engageful. With help of the high priests of the Orthodox churches in ethiopia,they accused Iyasu of renouncing his Christian God and converting to islam. These accusations were plausible because by this time,iyasu had spent so much time in eastern Ethiopia interacting with somalis from somalia,who were also resisting the British colonial influence. He was supplying them with camels and guns

Iyasu denied it,but it was too late. This was around 1916. He escaped but was later captured and killed in prison. During this time,durring the coronation of Haile selasie,the cousin to Iyasu who betrayed him,in jamaica something else was boiling

The jamaicans led by the negro activist Marcus garvey,were so desperate after long days of enduring pain from British colonialism. Around 1920’s when Marcus garvey said “Look to Africa, where a black king shall be crowned, for the day of deliverance is near” and then Haile selasie was crowned,they took this as a sign of hope. Even without understanding the context

The jamaicans saw this man,Haile selasie as a god,sent to give them hope. The rastafari fire spread so fast they started worshipping him. But Ras tafari was just an American/western puppet. Just like Jomo kenyatta who betrayed his brothers General musa Mwariama and the rest.

I’ve just come across this disturbing video from Nandi hills .

A group of youths were simply playing pool.

Police walk in. The youths comply.
And yet they’re heavily beaten anyway.

So I’m honestly asking, what was the offence here?

We’re told daily by murkomen that we now have a disciplined police service.
Is this what that discipline looks like?

Accountability isn’t being anti-police.
It’s being pro-justice.

Those officers should be identified and arrested.

Yesterday I watched President Ruto in Mt Kenya talking about Nyota Mtaani and how youths are getting KSh 25,000 to start businesses.

What caught my attention is what he didn’t say.

On 7th October, I exposed documents & information showing that Nyota is not free money.
It’s a loan Ruto govt through CS njuguna took in 2023 from the World Bank, on behalf of all Kenyans.

A big part of that KSh 5 billion went to consultancy costs. What’s left is being given to some youths.
Let’s be honest: in the current economy, KSh 25,000 is not enough for most people to start a sustainable business.

The uncomfortable truth is this: in a few years, all of us will repay this loan, including over 98% of Kenyans who never benefited.

They want you to celebrate, without telling you the full story.
They are focused on image over substance, especially as 2027 gets closer. They want to appear to be delivering.

If we’re going to borrow, it should be for industries and jobs that help many, not loans that turn citizens into guarantors for waste.

Kenyans deserve the full truth.

Accountability update.

As promised last Friday, we have submitted a formal Access to Information (ATI) request to the Ministry of Lands seeking full disclosure on how the Housing Levy is being used under the Affordable Housing Programme.

I invite all Kenyans to peacefully tag PS Hinga, CS Lands, and the Ministry of Lands in the replies so it is clear that citizens are watching and asking lawful questions. This also helps demonstrate citizen-backed demand in the event a petition becomes necessary.

The first letter has already been sent, including via official email channels. This is public money, and Kenyans deserve answers.

Four additional letters, to the Affordable Housing Board, KRA, and other relevant institutions, are ready and scheduled to be dispatched on Monday to ensure no institution avoids responsibility.

These letters request project-specific data, including costs, contractors, procurement records, payment histories, locations, and unit pricing. If this data is released, it will be made public here on X for all Kenyans to download etc .

If institutions fail to comply with or ignore these lawful requests, the matter will be escalated to CAJ, and if necessary, to court with a strong, evidence-based petition.

Kenyans are taxed through the Housing Levy, yet the government continues borrowing under the same programme. Without this data, citizens cannot assess value for money or protect themselves from waste and abuse.

Transparency will help us understand:
- Why are we taxed AHL
- Why borrowing under affordable housing continues
- Whether value for money exists
- How institutions can be held accountable

An all-female nightclub opened its doors with bold ambition and girl power vibes. By midnight the place was packed tighter than a supermetro matatu to town from Rongai on a Monday morning,, but not a single bottle was sold. Not even a soda. The DJ almost begged someone to at least buy water so the lights don’t look like they’re flashing for free.

By the next day, management shut the place down. The internet exploded with memes, so basically the club was like a chama meeting with loud music and eyelashes. Atmosphere is nice, but even vibes need to pay rent. A nightclub with no sales is just a classy funeral for the economy.

Ayaaam telling you Omwami, 80%of ladies in most clubs barely even have fares to go back to their humble nests. That's why it's important to look at the crowd present in a club. Some of these clubs are full of pishori babes. Those clubs that have MC talking more than the music played, clubs that get excited when one buys expensive alcohol hadi Ina zindikizwa na more than 20 women with candlelight services.

Last time I was at the new Club 1824 somewhere along Lang’ata Rd, I was really impressed. They don’t have that nonsense where a DJ stops playing good music just to incorporate “zobu zobu” so that waitresses can escort a bottle of champagne to forex fraudsters. We’ve really lost the culture of nightclubs in this country. Anyway, sisi kama walala hoii hatuna maoni, juu ata pesa ya kanuthu tutoe wapi wajameni!! Letu Jicho tu. 👀
