Stop apologizing for your study limitations.
It is what it is.
Present them as stepping stones.
Every constraint in your research is actually a map of future work.
Frame limitations as opportunities for other, not failures of yourself.
The best papers end with readers excited about what's possible
...not disappointed by what's missing.

3. PhD will challenge your mental and physical health. Don't ignore taking care of your physical and especially mental health.
4. Don't just work hard in your PhD. Make sure that you invest your hard work in something worth investing.
5. Stop worrying. In most of the cases, things seem too detrimental but actually they are not.
6. Learn how to deal with overthinking during your PhD. It takes away a lot of your energy and keeps you away from taking actions.
7. Identify people who distracts you from your goals. Either cut them out or train your brain to ignore whatever they say or do.
8. At end of your PhD, you don't want to just take a piece of paper as your degree. Develop skills that can take you far in your career.
9. When you have two paths ahead, always choose the harder one - the destination would be much better.
10. Procrastination is a major thing between you and your success during your PhD. Start acting as soon as you can.
11. PhD is 10% intelligence and 90% persistence. Don't give up. Hang in there - the tree will bear the fruit.

13. Learn how to learn. If you need to be taught what you can easily learn from the internet, you will become a liability.
14. You will receive criticism for your research. Develop thick skin as soon as you can.
15. Keep motivating yourself won't work as much as taking action will.
