Long before refrigerators existed, our forefathers used SMOKE and SALT to preserve fish for weeks and even months.
It was practical, affordable, and highly nutritious.
Smoked fish is rich in:
• Proteins, which supports muscle growth, tissue repair, and hormone production.
• Minerals such as iodine, selenium, phosphorus, calcium, and zinc.
The longer the smoked fish is preserved, the more it concentrates these minerals.
Trace minerals support metabolism, immunity, thyroid function, and reproductive health.
Smoked fish is also an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which support brain function, heart health, and reduce inflammation in the body.
The tragedy today is that many people have abandoned these traditional foods and replaced them with highly processed products packaged in colourful wrappers and marketed aggressively on television and social media.
The body does not care about marketing.
It cares about nutrients.
The closer a food is to nature, the more likely it is to nourish you.
The further a food is from nature, the more likely it is to harm you.

Cow foot soup, also known as KIGERE or MLOKONI, is one of the most nutritious traditional broths.
Before collagen powders were sold in fancy containers, our grandparents were drinking KIGERE.
When most people see the hoof, they walk away!
The tendons, cartilage, ligaments, skin, and connective tissues in the cow's foot are rich in collagen, gelatin and calcium.
When cooked, these compounds dissolve into the soup, creating a thick, nourishing broth.
Cow hoof soup is traditionally given to recovering patients, postpartum mothers, babies and the elderly.
Collagen and gelatin provide amino acids that support the repair of joints, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, skin, and connective tissues throughout the body.

One of the most underrated foods in traditional African nutrition is OX TAIL SOUP.
We buy expensive, yet useless supplements, protein powders, collagen drinks, and laboratory-made products while ignoring foods our grandfathers ate regularly.
OX TAIL is rich in collagen, gelatin, amino acids, minerals, and healthy fats.
• The gelatin supports joint health.

Many men complain of fatigue, poor recovery, low energy, and declining sexual performance.

The problems with food at events:
- They are cooked in seed oils. To make it worse, they recycle the already rancid oils.
- The water for cooking may not be good for human use.
- The source of the cooked food is unknown. The meat could be infected with anthrax or Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (mad cow disease).
- Food cooked for mass consumption is poorly prepared and undercooked.
- The persons handling the food may transmit food-related pathogens from one plate to the next.
- High risk for Clostridium botulinum infection, which causes foodborne botulism or Clostridium perfringens (food poisoning) or other faecal-oral diseases.
However, most people today lack discipline. They are greedy and cannot control their primitive cravings for food. That is why they perish.
Be a different human being and rise above mass mediocrity.

The world hates a confident human who speaks of their own greatness, why? Because 80% of humanity dies before fulfilling their purpose or potential, so they always prefer the humble who doesn’t remind them how clear of them he or she is, they want one who makes them fit in.
Even when they know how great you are and admire you, because they can’t be that, they turn into religious haters for one reason alone, they want to see you fail atleast once so you can feel like them.
