A small public service announcement for anyone going carnivore or low carb.

Your LDL might go up.

This is not because your arteries are filling with cement. This is because LDL is a fat-carrying particle, and you have just instructed your body to run on fat as its primary fuel. The body, being efficient, has manufactured more of the lorries it uses to move the cargo around. More fuel in circulation. More lorries on the road. The lorry count goes up.

The same thing happens when you fast. LDL rises. Your body is mobilising stored fat. The lorries appear to transport it.

The same thing happens when you lose weight, by any mechanism. LDL rises during the weight loss phase as fat is liberated from storage and shipped around the system.

In every one of these cases, the rising LDL is a sign that the metabolism is doing exactly what you asked it to do.

The cardiologist will see the number, panic, and reach for the prescription pad.

It is 1381. England. You wake. The frost is on the ground. You are a serf.

You cannot leave your village without permission. You cannot marry without permission. You cannot sell your own labour. The land you work belongs to a lord you have never met.

Your father was a serf. His father was a serf. You have been told your son will be a serf too.

So you were told.

But something had cracked 💔 The Black Death had taken half of England thirty years before. Labour was scarce. Wages had risen. For three decades, ordinary people had been quietly getting richer. The powerful hated it.

Every law they made, the people walked around.

Then John of Gaunt, the king's uncle and the richest man in England, taxed every adult the same shilling to pay for the war in France 💰

The Poll Tax.

In four years, they tried it three times. The third one was one too many.

In May 1381, a tax commissioner arrived in the Essex village of Fobbing. The villagers drove him out. The king sent soldiers. The villagers drove them out too.

You hear what happened at Fobbing. You hear what happened next.

Essex rose first. Then Kent. Then the eastern counties. Villages emptied.

In Kent, a man called Wat Tyler took command ⚔️ His first move was to break open Maidstone Prison and free a radical priest called John Ball.

By the time they reached Blackheath, just south of the Thames, they were 50,000 strong.

That night, John Ball climbed onto a cart and asked a question that would echo for 600 years:

"When Adam delved and Eve span, who was then the gentleman?" 📜

They burned the Savoy Palace 🔥 Gaunt escaped on horseback to Scotland.

The next morning, the king rode out to meet them. Richard II. Fourteen years old. Just a boy on a horse, in front of 50,000 armed peasants.

He agreed to everything. End serfdom. End forced labour. End the Poll Tax. He had clerks write charters of freedom sealed with the royal seal 👑

You hold one in your hands. Freedom.

You have won.

The next day at Smithfield, the Lord Mayor of London stabbed Wat Tyler in the throat 🗡️ The king rode forward alone and persuaded the crowd to follow him out of London.

Then he revoked every promise.

"Serfs you are. And serfs you shall remain."

1,500 rebels were executed. John Ball was hanged, drawn and quartered at St Albans. The king was there to see it.

The dream is dead. Or so it looks.

But they thought they had lost. They had not 📜

The Poll Tax was never collected again in their lifetime. Or their children's lifetime. It would be 609 years before any government in England dared to try it again.

Within a hundred years, serfdom in England had effectively died out.

Not because the powerful chose to free their people. Because the powerful had learned what happened when they refused 🏛️

The lesson did not die. The Putney Debates. The Levellers. The Chartists. The Tolpuddle Martyrs. The Suffragettes. Every uprising drew on what happened at Smithfield.

In 1990, a Prime Minister tried to bring the Poll Tax back. 200,000 people marched on London again. Following the same route the peasants took 600 years earlier.

The tax was withdrawn within a year. Within months, the Prime Minister was gone.

The powerful learned the same lesson. They always learn the same lesson.

Every right we have today was taken, not given. By people like the 50,000 on Blackheath.

🚨ISLAMIZED BRITAIN’S POINT OF NO RETURN: Muslim Population Hits 4.4 MILLION – Over 6% of the Country

This is Demographic conquest....

Here’s what happens when the Muslim population grows (historical pattern repeating across Europe – and now Britain):

1% or less: Peaceful minority image.

2–3%: Recruitment ramps up (prisons, gangs, disaffected youth).

5%: Sharia pressure begins – demands for halal food in schools/supermarkets, prayer rooms, Islamic dress codes, special accommodations, and harassment of politicians.

We are now at 6%… and the acceleration is unstoppable without immediate action.

At 10%: Increased lawlessness explodes. Complaints turn into riots and threats. Non-Muslim “offenses” (cartoons, free speech, criticism of Islam) trigger violence, car burnings, and street chaos. No-go zones multiply. Politicians start pandering to the Muslim voting bloc. (See France and parts of Sweden today.)

At 15%: The tipping point hits hard. Major riots become routine. Jihad militias begin forming. Sporadic attacks on non-Muslims, churches, and institutions spike. Demands for Sharia patrols and parallel societies intensify. Political power shifts – they start winning local councils and influencing national policy. (This is where India’s trouble zones and Lebanon’s collapse began.)

At 20%: Frequent riots, organized jihad militias, and direct attacks on non-Muslim institutions. Ethnic tensions erupt into open conflict. Non-Muslims flee areas. Sharia enforcement in Muslim zones becomes de facto law. (Lebanon went from Christian majority to civil war hell at this level.)

At 40%: Widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and full militia warfare. Entire regions fall under Islamic control. Non-Muslims face daily persecution.

At 60%: Persecution of non-believers, ethnic cleansing, Sharia law fully enforced, and jizya taxes imposed on remaining infidels.

At 80%+: State-run ethnic cleansing and genocide. The drive to 100% Muslim is relentless.

At 100%: The “peace” of Dar al-Islam – everyone submits or dies.

There is NO coming back from these numbers. High birth rates, chain migration, refusal to assimilate, and parallel societies mean Britain is sleepwalking into irreversible Islamization.

No-go zones, grooming gangs, riots, and Sharia creep are already here – and it only gets worse at 10%, 15%, 20%, and beyond.

The Muslim Council of Britain celebrates this as “cultural and religious diversity” and “significant” contributions while calling for “strengthened peaceful coexistence.”

But what does “peaceful coexistence” REALLY mean when THEY say it?

In Islamic doctrine, “peace” (salaam) is NOT equality or mutual respect. It means total submission to Islam. Quran 8:39 commands fighting until “the religion, all of it, is for Allah.”

Treaties with non-Muslims are temporary hudna (truces), breakable whenever it benefits Muslims, as Muhammad did with the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah.

True “peace” only arrives when non-Muslims convert, pay the jizya tax as subjugated dhimmis, or are eliminated.

No reciprocal coexistence. Just dominance.

Britain – Stop the invasion, enforce assimilation or deportation, or watch your country disappear.

The chicken on your supermarket shelf was, in the overwhelming majority of cases, 35 days old when it was killed.

It was a Ross 308 or a Cobb 500. Two breeds, bred by two companies, Aviagen and Cobb-Vantress, which between them supply the genetic stock for almost every commercial broiler chicken on the planet.

A Ross 308 hits 2.2 kg in 35 days. The 1960s broiler took 63 days to reach the same weight. The modern bird grows at almost twice the speed and reaches slaughter weight before its skeleton has finished assembling itself.

The chicken cannot keep up with its own body. Fast-growing broilers suffer chronic leg disorders, hock burn, ascites, and a thing called sudden death syndrome, which is the industry's tactful name for a chicken whose heart simply gives up because it cannot service the rest of the bird. The bones are weak. The organs are juvenile. The animal is, in essence, a five-week-old infant carrying the body mass of an adult, raised in a shed with 25,000 of its siblings under permanent artificial light.

In 2024, the UK slaughtered 1.18 billion of them. Thirty-seven birds per second, every second, all year, in perpetuity.

The chicken in the train sandwich. The chicken in the takeaway curry. The chicken in the salad ordered to feel virtuous. The chicken in the meal deal. The chicken in the "high protein, lean, clean" wellness wrap.

Thirty-five days old. Killed before adolescence. The most consumed land animal in Britain.

Then, on the next aisle, the standard supermarket beef mince. Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, or dairy-beef Friesian. Slaughtered at 21 to 23 months. Spent at least one summer outside on grass. Walked around. Saw weather. Was a cow.

The cheapest beef in the supermarket has lived a longer, slower, more natural life than the cheapest chicken next to it.

The cow is, somehow, still the thing the campaigns are about.

The answer that no one wants to face is that what is generally understood as “radical Islam” is taught in the Qur’an and Sunnah, and “non-radical” Muslims know this, and so they also know that if they speak out against it they could be accused of heresy or apostasy. Rather than have to live their lives looking over their shoulders in fear of their “radical” brethren, they keep silent. Then there are the outright deceivers, who teach that Islam properly understood is peaceful. They know better, but are trying to foster complacency among non-Muslims. A complacent infidel is one who does not fight back.
